Why I coach
I believe that people do business with people. Working as a strategy consultant with senior executives taught me that the key to performance and execution is people; it’s always about culture, leadership and teams. Coaching was a natural extension to my consulting practice, as a way to turn the best laid plans into reality.
I believe that the hard skills get you into leadership but the soft skills are what make you great. Leaders tell me that they know empathy, influence and connection are important… but that it’s really hard to “do” them in practice. They just want help demystifying the soft skills and making them practical. That’s my passion and specialty.
I believe that leaders have a responsibility to their teams. They have the ability to influence the performance, well-being and happiness of their people; so coaching leaders is my leveraged way of having impact on a lot of people!
Working with me
Get in touch for a consultation
Are you ready for coaching? Let’s talk to see if we are a fit. You should feel a “click” when things are right, when your coach has the approach and style that fits you.
Clients who do best are those who are open: to learning about themselves, digging into what they really want, and trying new frameworks, approaches and behaviors.
Coaching Logistics
All sessions are remote. It’s your choice to have them on Zoom or by phone. Some clients find it productive to “walk and talk”.
